Today we have Blake Northcott on the show to talk about her kickstarter project for her novel: Final Empire! This is the third book of her Arena Mode Trilogy, and we discuss the process behind writing a superhero novel and why she chose that format over comics or graphic novels. We also talk about her writing for Comic Book Resources and her soon to be status at Millarworld! Miguel is gone again due to an unavoidable family situation, but he should be back next week. Blake tells us a very funny story about her trip to San Diego for the Kick-Ass 2 premiere and I read a letter I wrote to myself in the 6th grade! This is a great episode, don’t miss it!
